No. Fluidswap lets you exchange currencies without registering. Creating a free account is optional and only needed if you want to save your exchange history.
Is Fluidswap custodial?+
No. Fluidswap never holds your funds. Assets are sent directly from your wallet to the recipient wallet through our exchange partners.
How long does an exchange take?+
Most exchanges complete within 5-30 minutes, depending on network confirmation times for the currencies involved.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?+
If you send less than the minimum required amount, funds may be automatically refunded to your provided refund address, minus network fees. Always double-check the minimum amount before sending.
Can I track my exchange status?+
Yes. Use the Track Exchange page and enter your exchange ID to see real-time status updates.
What if my exchange requires manual approval?+
Larger exchanges may be routed through a manual review step for security. You will be notified once the review is complete.
